After picking up the keys, you can go to the apartment to leave your luggage. Please note that access to the apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m., when the apartment will be ready and clean to welcome you.

We cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be available before this time.

Upon request, it is possible to book by 6:00 PM the day before key delivery directly at the apartment starting at 3:00 PM. This additional service is subject to a surcharge, calculated based on the time of arrival:

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM – EUR 15 (VAT included)
• Check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – EUR 20 (VAT included)
